How much are your cakes?
All cakes are priced per order, however items on my shop are already priced if you do not require a custom order.
Do you deliver?
Cake and cupcake orders are available for collection or delivery. Delivery is charged at £8 per hour to the nearest half an hour. Collection and delivery is available at certain times on a Saturday or Sunday (listed under Bespoke Cakes).

Orders will not be available for collection or delivery until full payment has been made.

Cake topper and edible image orders are available for collection or postal delivery.
How much notice do you need?
Cupcakes and brownies require at least a weeks notice to allow time to find the ingredients required. Bespoke cakes require at least two weeks notice as equipment and supplies are not kept in stock for all types of orders.
What are your flavours?
My cupcake flavours are always evolving so please message me for the latest available flavours. Bespoke cake flavours are listed under bespoke cakes, but we are able to work with you if there are certain elements you would like to consider.
What are the payment terms?
Currently, all orders must be paid for in advance. I am able to offer payment via either bank transfer or via my card provider (Zettle) where a payment link can be sent. If an order is placed through my online shop then payment can be made directly in the shop or by contacting me for a payment link to Zettle.

If payment for a custom order is not received by the given date, the contract is null and void and the order is cancelled. Unfortunately, due to working full time I am not able to follow up on late payments.

What are your cake care guidelines?

Do you cater for nut allergies?
Unfortunately, the kitchen is used for both nut and non-nut recipes so therefore I cannot guarantee that there has been no contact with an allergy inducing ingredient
All allergies follow this rule however cakes that are made without certain ingredients can be requested. Beth Bakes reserves the right to charge different prices for made without egg and made without gluten cakes. These cakes are not gluten o dairy free and will contain traces of allergens. They are ordered at your own risk.

How long does it take to post cake toppers?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your toppers to be created and put in the post. If you need faster dispatch, please contact us before you order to ensure we have the capacity to complete a faster dispatch.
